Im 3 weeks and some days on hrt nd my nipples are sensitive when i slighly press on them. This is hrt right?

that's always the norm in fact i remembered my nips were all puffed up only in my 2nd week of hrt!

  Its only the beginning, you will find soon they will get sensitive to pressure, this too is normal. it sound like you are doing it correctly, something I have not done, under doctors care or not just be very carefull. And start planing now, eventually it will be impossible to hide them from everyone.
