My boobs are 34 b-c. Are they small enough for keyhole surgery?

If you sag at all, probably not. Ask a plastic surgeon to know for sure.

I have heard of people as large as a C getting keyhole, but as Kat pointed out, it seems to be a lot more about how tight things are rather than the size.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

A blah blog

Peri is possible with a large B to C but it's a bit hit and miss and will probably require revisions. I know that Garramone for example won't do peri on anything other than a small A, whereas Lena Andersson has been known to do the procedure on Cs.
The general idea is that if the skin folds under the breast, peri isn't the best option. Any sagging or loss of tightness (often caused by long term binding) is pretty much a no-no too.

I REALLY doubt it, most surgeons only preform a peri if you are a small A cup with hardly any sagging at all

A friend of mine had a small B and got a peri. His doctor had said he was at about the maximum size for peri.

Kvall, you're thinking of T-anchor incision, I think? Downside: scar is obvious instead of the underside of pecs. Upside: supposed to have more nipple sensation.
