My hairline looks different. Is this a normal side effect of T? I'm trying really hard not to panic. There's no baldness on either side of my family and I still have more hair than I know what to do with. But if I pull my hair away from my forehead, there's a different shape to it. Like the temples are farther back or something. Well, not the temples, but the sides at the top. Like there's a sort of M shape or something. I've always had a low hairline, even for a girl. Is this normal or should I commence immediately with the Rogaine?

It's normal. Just keep an eye on it.

About 9 out of 10 YouTube vids I watched of guys on T mentioned a slight hairline shift so Nygeels advice sounds right to me. Mine has shifted slightly lately too. As long as your hair isn't thinning a whole lot you should be good.

Watch for thinning, and keep an eye out for stray hairs on your fingers when you shampoo.

I now have the same hairline as my brother and my father. Not sure what to do with it or how to cut my hair so I don't look dorky.

But I'm still losing hair on a daily basis, so I take Rogaine. The scrip is easy to get, and I didn't want to start when it was too late.

Also know as a "Receding Hare Hair Line".  Many men get it.  As long as you don't see any other thin you should be alright.

In general, masculine hairlines are more peaked on the side and feminine hairlines are more rounded.  It's fairly common and generally an expected change when taking T.  It doesn't mean that you are balding.

An M-shaped hairline is a typical male hairline.  Women tend to have oval-shaped hairlines.  A shifting hairline is pretty typical, I'd say, but keep an eye out for thinning on the top and at the crown.

Just to add to what others have said: I was actually told to expect a changing hairline, so when it started happening I was happy ^_^

I always had a higher forehead that looked stupid on me as F but fits much better as M.  And yes a bit more receding at the temples.

I'd rather be M and  bald than F and miserable.  No worries, man!
