If only that were possible, it would be pretty neat, but it falls in the same boat as every other claim of the sort, no evidence and not replicable. Proper medicinal practice is the only effective method of HRT, and I think it is irresponsible to recommend anything else.
Also, I think you missed the point of your first video, the multiverse is not a metaphysical theory and does not imply any sort of metaphysical consequences. That video was a fancily packaged criticism of monotheism and mostly unrelated.
As for the second video, Dr. Emoto's studies, correct me if I'm wrong, have not been replicated under proper, peer-reviewed conditions.
I am not trying to rain on anyone's parade, I just think it is more honest to acknowledge that this issue is just a personal belief and is not substantiated by any scientific findings. And that ultimately, HRT needs to be done by taking, well, hormones.
