Dysphoria trigger: GYN stuff/periods

I was wondering if any of you get cramps with T injection?
Sometimes I'll get them when I'm at the low point of my cycle (the day before/day of) but almost always a few hours after my shot I have really bad cramps. I have an IUD and I've had it a little over a year. I've been on T seven weeks and haven't gotten a period yet but I think that's because my IUD has progesterone. Anyway I was wondering if any of you guys had experienced this or had any tips for it. I'm really not used to cramps and they hurt pretty bad.
