A few days ago I tried to do a pull up and I did it with little trouble. Now pull ups have always been my bane because try as I did, I could never complete one.

Now I can do multiple with little trouble and I'm not even training anymore. I pretty much sit on my butt.

Women have it tough. (Though I still take pleasure in this discovery.)

More like a cheat. lol.

Otherwise, I find that funny as well. I was off T for a long while, and noticed the changes in muscle mass. It's so weird how very differently women are natural structured based on a hormone in comparison to their male counterparts. There is a weird satisfaction in having the ability to actually pick up and carry your girl over your shoulder like it was nothing.

Same.  That comment was made using basically using the same approach as people who tell transsexuals that we are lying by not disclosing our trans status to everyone we meet.  In no way is gaining muscle mass through the ingestion of testosterone a "cheat".  A medical condition is being treated and this is one of the ways it shows itself.

Actually I don't really care what people think but thanks anyway.

i guess it evens out. men are basically expected to be the ones to do any heavy lifting or be the physically strong ones while women are simply dismissed for being delicate and not having the strength, therefore it's the man's expected job. consequently, all the domestic work is expected from the woman for the most part.

then, i guess you could say estrogen is unfair since it gives better memory, better sense of smell, better understanding of emotions. i think most of us believe the gender we are transitioning to is better than what we were forced to be.

Hmm, then I guess I have not noticed any loss of any of those. Perhaps it is because it's not quite as concrete as an increase in strength.

Though yes, we tend to favor our mental genders. XD

I can't agree completely with the offended remark, but with the ease up, I definitely agree with. I think it's silly to get stressed over a simple remark. I don't think the guy is trying to fuel any hatred, nor is he being ignorant. The comment its self just hit a sour string.

I enjoy being strong. The muscle definition makes me feel confident and assured. And well... manly. Like Fullmoon says, it evens out, I suppose. I do, sort of, think male is the better gender. But I am biased. I am a male, but I love women. They can stay women, they can be whatever they want, and I will be me. I like doing dirty work, manual labor jobs. If T helps me do all that, have more energy, actually wear a real smile and be me. Then... I'll cheat for the rest of my life. :]

But it is ignorance to make a transphobic comment and then half-heartedly apologize without actually understanding why what you said is ignorant.

I don't care if you guys want to argue, but this is way out of line. Are you seriously going to imply that he has a mental disorder to insult him? Testosterone sure has some nice sides to it like the strength.  but I'm sure female hormones have nice sides for females too.

stop fighting ! you guys fighting because you didnt like his comment oh well just ignored not everyone thinks the same. i hate to see people fighting here when this was made for helping others.
