A little different from my post before and I don't want to spam the forum but the red stuff just showed up and thinking I didn't want to ruin another pair of underwear, I got some tampons (someone else bought them, obviously). There are no words for how disgusting and painful that is, I'd rather kill myself. I'm going to explode.  :embarrassed:

That sucks, I hate that time of the month. I scream in pain o.e it'll be over soon, only thought that keeps me moving :/

Hrm, I've always used tampons out of necessity (too heavy a flow for pads), so I'm used to them.  I don't remember them ever being painful either, and as for disgusting, I always felt pads were much more gross, kind of like partial diapers.  All of it's dysphoria inducing though.  I think my cycle's in it's death throws right now (I'm nearly 11 weeks on T), my last one was a week early and much lighter.  Of course that week early fell right on my vacation to a waterpark.  How embarrassing was that, my first time using men's rooms exclusively and then I have to go buy tampons from the resort gift shop, FML.  That might have been my last one, but man was it a farewell 'screw you' if so with the timing. :P  That sucks, I feel you.  It's really hard to feel masculine dealing with that crap.

I can't even figure out how to get the bleeping thing to...work. [insert long string of curses here] Well, guess it's another week of sitting in blood. At least my pants are black.

You just kind of have to shove them up there, and leave them. They're not supposed to leak or anything like that. Some girls I know have panty liners to put in just to keep from ruining undies.

It's probably little consolation, but FWIW, I'm sure a lot of men buy tampons for women in their lives, so I don't think
the cashiers are giving it a second thought when men by tampons.  Maybe it helps a little bit to be thinking of that the
next time.

Ha, funny you should say that, that's exactly the thought that got me through that unpleasant purchase.  I'm hoping there won't be a next time, but you never know.

Bahzi, I feel for you, thinking you were done with those things and having to buy them in the gift shop.  Again as Dalebert said guys do buy them for gf even at waterparks.  I too use tampons,  just can't stand pads shifting around and seeing and handling them every time you pee.  Between the cramps and starting to bleed, two days every month are very dispheric for me.  Those 2 days will be soon for me again.  If guys had bleeding like this every month, male drs would have figured out how to stop it.

If you haven't seen this yet (and maybe even if you have) you are going to laugh until tears are streaming down your cheeks.

I agree, pads make you feel like you're just...sitting in it..

@Magickbear @Bahzi - how long are you guys into the HRT to be still getting the blood?!... This's my day 19, and a few days ago I got my blood... I know everyone's different, but...

Tuesday was 11 weeks for me, and I started bleeding again that day too, 2 weeks after the last one started, which isn't normal for me at all, it's the T.  They are getting lighter and lighter though, without much in the way of cramps or digestive issues, which is major to me as I have endometriosis and that time of the month used to be debilitating.

Bahzi,   endometriosis can be really be tuff to deal with so having only slight leakage must be a big change for you.  I hope yours ends completely soon.

It could be worse so it wasn't so bad. I'm grateful it was gone so long. It's just that my work uniform is thin light khaki pants so now I'm like paranoid it'll happen while I'm working and I won't notice

mm

To get it again after not having one for 6 month is the worst thing I can think of after starting T and not having one for 6 months.  I can see you worrying about wearing light pants. Do you to need wear a thin liner just incase you should leak some blood again? You can't use tampons unless you are actually bleeding and I hate to see a pad every time I pee.  I would not like to be on guard to always needing to be checking if I am leaking.  Let us know how are doing in the future.

@XAndrewX at a loss for words. It can return even after 6 months... Did you switch between brands of T? Some guys who start on Sustanon and who switch later on to Nebido get it back for awhile. I'd be definitely checking with a gyno or even endocrynologist and running the hormone level tests.

@Bahzi uh, still the so called early days... Strength, bro
