...that would be me.   It's June 21 here in Oz and my one year birthday- I had my surgery on Midsummer in Philadelphia and now it's Midwinter in Sydney but it's still been exactly one year, lol

So much has happened in the last year, so many changes, and life is so good now.  I live in a new country, I'm crazy in love with a wonderful man, and I am forever grateful to my hero Dr. Christine McGinn for curing me of a lifelong affliction that I never would have survived otherwise.
Special thanks to my friends here at Susan's for your love and support on my journey.  It's been a slice...

I am a newcomer to this group, but I feel a special closeness to all my sisters who have crossed, particularly those assisted by Dr. McGinn.

     I love reading the experiences that you share and I'm very happy for you that you've found a new life and now have inner peace.

      My whole world changed and true peace took over my mind in Lower Bucks Hospital the moment my eyes opened after Dr. McGinn performed her work of art.  Peace and love to you, Solstice Girl.

its cold and very windy here, and they're talking snow up in the Blue Mountains (not to mention the volcanic ash cloud that's closed the airports)

But we're planning a nice evening in by the fireplace, listening to romantic music and sipping hot rum drinks, among other things
