A Lot To Cover

I was a 'tomboy' as a kid, or so I always thought.  I tried my best to be the daughter that my father wanted, but...wasn't happening.  When I was eighteen I went into therapy for various issues and was diagnosed as an FTM Transgender.  My husband met me before the diagnosis, but was with me when it came about and has been very supportive.  Sadly, our financial situation has never been where we could afford to do anything toward T, so up until now I've been living as a rather disgruntled 'wife' and we've even had a pair of twin sons.

However, circumstances have changed somewhat and we're looking into getting me binding, a packer, etc, even if we can't afford surgeries and T still.

So, my question (after all this lead up) is where I would go about finding a binder to cover a very large chest.  I was born with endowments and undergoing pregnancy only served to make them larger to the point that I wear a 46J brassiere.  I know that I'll never be able to achieve a completely flat chest, but if I could at least get them to the point where they, along with my fairly oversized stomach can mimic an overweight masculine form, I would be happy.

Any advice for a man that finally wants to be seen for who he is?

I recommend underworks. They are a great site if you follow their size measurements it should work out for you

Thank you for the suggestion.  I'd been looking at them but wasn't sure if they would be large enough even at the most extreme size.

I have to say it depends on your needs. A lot of people with large chests can't handle a lot of compression like that an underworks binder offers. If you have insurance a reduction might be covered.

You might want to try the enell sports bra first before getting a binder. They make something that has excelent compression, and I believe it can be customized for your size. Their customer service is also great.

I do recommend underworks but it might not be as comfortable (or wearable) for your body type. They're very good with returns and exchanges if what you get doesn't work out. Their model 997 will also suck in your tummy a bit.

Our current insurance only covers things that are 'absolute necessity'.  Thus why my only choice on a tooth is an extraction, rather than the options of root canal, fillings, etc.

Sadly, a reduction, no matter how badly needed, is not considered an 'absolute necessity'.

Yes, I'm looking into getting better insurance when able.

I'll look into the bra that you suggested, though.  I don't mind it my stomach is sucked in or not, just as long as I can pass as male.
