I use a bar of Irish Spring and whatever shampoo is in the shower.

Right now I'm spending the summer at home (aka-- in a house of 6 women) so I just use whatever's in the shower.  When I'm living by myself during the school year, I use Axe shampoo/conditioner, Axe Kilo body wash, and Clearasil for my face.  Both here and there I use Gillette for shaving cream, razors, aftershave and deodorant.
In between the lines there's a lot of obscurity.
I'm not inclined to resign to maturity.

I use American Crew shampoo and conditioner (The daily moisturizing) . Their styling products are great as well. If I use product I use their Fiber. It has a nice scent and washes out clean.
As far as body/face wash I have used Dr. Bronner's products since I was a baby and continue to do so. I switched to the tea tree soap from the peppermint after I started T and it seems to be keeping my acne under control. They use actual oils and extracts in their soap so you don't get any of the harsh perfumes that can aggravate acne or dry out your skin.
For shaving I use a neutrogena shave cream that is unscented and has no added colors (like the blue goo) and a Mach3 razor. I will be switching to a safety razor soon because of the cost and environmental impact of the replacement blades. After shaving I use a cold water compress (its a cold wash cloth...) which closes my pores and helps prevent any irritation. I don't like most aftershave because of the strong perfumes that can clash with any scent I might choose to wear not to mention they can break you out if you have sensitive skin.
I sweat like crazy even pre-T so I have used the Right Guard power stripe deodorant(I use the fresh blast) for years. It seems to work well for me but the effectiveness of individual deodorant is about your individual body chemistry. I recommend trying out a few before settling on a brand
As far as cologne goes. Different scents work for different people and those testers in the store don't give you an accurate picture of how it is going to smell when it is on you. After you smell one you think you like put a little on your wrist (or another pulse point) and wear it for a while then smell it again. You don't want to spend on a bottle that smells good in the store but doesn't smell good on you.

I use whatever soap the g/f wants to get.  We have a good agreement it must be neutral smelling. If she wants something girly, then she picks me up one of the men body washes she likes the smell of.
Shampoo, some days it is head and shoulders (semi-dry scalp) and others it is American Crew shampoo.
Shaving...I just use a gel of some sort.

When it comes to the wash up stuff, I don't care about the name brand so much.  I save that for the cologne.
