I'm out and cant get to the store until Thursday to replace it. I've been out since Saturday. Is this bad? Have you all missed a week of estrogen? I'm still on T Blockers. I'm okay so far. I just hope it won't revert anything. Silly me. of course it wont...but still!

While I'm on the other end of the fence (and pre-hrt), I can see how that'd be horrific.
BUT! I'm fairly certain a week won't do any real damage. Especially since you're on blockers, which I'm guessing would keep your E levels decent? hm.

Hang in there!

To have SRS you are required to be off HRT for 3 weeks by most surgons. You will not see any real changes in a week what you "may" experience is something similar to menopause as your estrogen levels drop off. While seesawing isn't a good thing, it wont do any damage to you

I was off all my hormones (save what was left of the injectable E dose) for almost a week after FFS because I couldn't stand to take pills with all the stuff on my face... and in my nose.  I didn't notice anything bad happening, and if it was it was minor.  I think I saw a couple dark hairs in an area that I haven't seen any in a while but it was so minor that I don't care.  Still doing laser anyway x_x.

Been off E for well over 2 weeks in prep for GRS.
Now my T is close to non-existent and it made me feel pretty grotty when running on empty, no T no E...
Did notice only today that my hair grew a LOT faster --- everywhere, face, ears!, legs and bikini. Not thicker but definitely longer.
Boobs got very "robust". No itch, no sensitivity and a bit more "compact".
Hey, and I also noticed an increase in libido --- desperate for all THAT good stuff with only my pillow to hug (didn't say hump, hey :-)
But NONE of that after just one week.
It all started somewhere after 2 weeks.
Back on E that girl got a lot more calm again. Bless it :-)

yes I missed my shot by a week because I had no clean needles... it was unpleasant.

disrupted concentration
Nervous and insecure
slightly depressed
reversible breast shrinkage
hot flushes
bad nights sleep.

The symptoms of menopause basically.

lol it sure is!

and pebbles, I'm not getting any of that. Could it be because I do pills?

I'm not too worried. I'm getting refilled tomorrow.

I've done 5 days. Basically got PMS type symptoms. Unbelievable mood swings. Cranky. Things like that. Get yourself some dark chocolate. Seriously. It helps.

Yeah I was off it four or five days a couple weeks ago because I left it at my friend's house two hours away and instead of going up there, he offered to send it down to me.  It definitely too a lot longer than I expected....

I had similar PMS-like symptoms to Melody.  Hot Flashes, crying spells, restlessness.  Probably would've gotten angry if there was someone for me to get angry at (my one roommate was out of town and during the summer there's not many people still in the college town where my apartment is).  Most of all, there was the severe discomfort of having "it" attempt to be active again.  Fortunately, by breasts seemed to still be growing, so I don't think that being off it for a short period of time will do much harm, if any.  My friend said she was off for two weeks once and it was fine.  According to her, the estrogen stays in there for about two weeks.

Not to get to far off topic, but why is it that we have to go off of E for surgery?  I'm thinking its something to do with blood clotting, but if so, why is there no problem for ciswomen who have E?

My understanding is that taking Estrogen increases the chances of blood clots and/or strokes for anyone.  Surgeons want to get as many of the odds in their favor as they can prior to surgery.

This should be a common thing for any surgery at all, where possible.  I was instructed to be off for 2 weeks prior to GCS and 2 weeks after.  I was a crying, emotional wreck and learned how beneficial chocolate could be during that time...   :)

I've run out before and was rather worried also, but everything was okay

I recently had to go off HRT for a month for a surgery on my shoulder, my boobs kept right on shaping and all is well  :)

LOL, no, you won't revert after just a week off especially if you continue to take your anti-androgen.

Tell me about it! I've been trying to get my meds for over a month and in the U.K it's controlled by your GP, I want a repeat prescription but my GP wants me to see the endocrimologist before I get a repeat prescription. I don't see my endo for months! this is the NHS U.K system for you.
