American activist Kate Bornstein is excited to be coming to Toronto's Trans March July 1, but she has serious concerns about both the Pride festival and the Canadian government.

"I'm excited about coming to Canada because you're my favourite country in the world — at least you have been until recently," says the 63-year-old gender theorist, author and performance artist.
