I have fairly extreme scoliosis and lumbar lordosis, so my female gait will never be "female" and I get discriminated for it highly when it comes to therapists who judge your identity based on "how female you already walk" (which is nuts IMO).
However, I will say that I walk much more female when I'm confident in my own appearance (which has been like once...). It's more hip, it's more strut, it's more toes, more head held high.
Otherwise, with my back, I pretty much limp at all times, it's really annoying.
