I have this disease, and there are days when it's very painful to hide my breasts because of these stupid cysts.  But because I'm macho (lol) I suck it up and just deal with it.   

Does anyone else have to deal with this problem when crossdressing?     Just curious...

Yup. I mean, I'm ftm, not a crossdresser, but there are days where it gets so sore to bind, but I suck it up too. I just take it off as soon as I get home and I'm good. XD

Haha, same here.  But lucky you, after your transition you might not have to deal with it so much anymore.   

As for me, my boobs are here to stay, so I might as well deal with it.
