But i'm guna ask it anyways.

I heard that breast size reduces with hormone treatement, please correct me if i'm wrong. But if i'm right, anyone out there establish just how much difference it actually makes? I ask because as i am now (pre-hormones) i'm only a B cup and my breasts are hardly noticable anyways. Could hormones reduce my breasts to a point where top surgery might not be needed? Or is the difference hardly noticable?

I'm just intrigued thats all and kinda eager to know

I don't think it's a definite thing, them shrinking. In fact, I've even heard of them getting bigger. Or just staying the same.

Dude, you're gonna need surgery, no matter what, unless you're planning on never taking your shirt off in public.

Don't count on it.

First off - love the hair, second I hope that my answer is not seen as being randomly stupid :D

Realistically I doubt very much that hormones would reduce your breast size to the point that top surgery would not be required.  As if that were the case then the whole issue of top surgery would be handled through medication.  Hope that made sense.  I'm sure that HRT will cause some reduction as fat is redistributed , and again everyone reacts differently to HRT.

Emergency is right.  There are definite nipple differences between men's and women's chests.

I'm sitting here with my fiance (FTM) and he's helping respond.....  he noticed NO difference in breast size and he took T for YEARS before he had his top surgery.

You could do body building... I know that female body builders who are serious, almost always lose their breasts.  Now, the nipple part.... I'm pretty sure that doesn't change at all.

I've noticed that my breasts have gotten smaller -- I don't need to bind nearly as much as I used to. And, yes, you'll still need surgery after hormones if you want to take your shirt off, but if you choose not to have surgery, you might not have to bind. I can sometimes get away with wearing an undershirt and a loose shirt with no binder.
Lock up yer daughters.

Binding tends to "break down" breast tissue over time - the longer you bind, the easier it is to bind. But this only makes them flatter, not smaller. As someone said above, testosterone treatment can actually increase breast size on some guys.
