I'm planning on getting a binder at underworks, after being scolded from one of my friends, who is also ftm, for using dangerous methods -__- Well this is the result ----> 38.75. He told me I was medium though I'm having a difficult time choosing one. Any suggestions? I'd be glad if there was someone with something similar or close to my measurement to help me out so yeah.. um thanks.

Wondering if the "All-In-One Body Shirt" would work out for me :/ cause I would like ass compression as well << its hard to wear pants.

They have a size chart on the site, but I'd suggest getting one a size smaller if you are right on the border.  They tend to run a little large.  I don't know much about the all-in-one.  I use the tritop, and it seems to work well.  They have a good exchange policy if you decide one doesn't work for you.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

A blah blog

mmm...ok wait a sec Dx um since i'm like basically a 39 I should get a 38? I don't exactly understand Dx cause medium runs from 34-36 on the tri top but i'm not sure if i want it to roll up Dx so i'd like Ultimate Chest Binder Tank but its medium runs from 35-39 gahh i'm so confused. v__v where the size chart?

A Small is for someone more in the 32-34 range and would probably be very uncomfortable for you.

None of us are you and everyone has different bodies.  At 38, a small won't fit you.  A medium depending on which one you get might be a pretty tight fit.

If you bought a large you could always sew it to your specific size.

My friends who have the all-in-one-shirt complain of the excess amount of fabric at the bottom they're constantly having to straighten out.

Good luck.
