how often do you guys do your injections?

i do mine every week. my brother's doctor in australia is having him start with one injection every three weeks and then moving to one injection (of t cypionate, not a capsule or any of that jazz) EVERY THREE MONTHS. as in, four shots a year. i think he's absurd personally.

And I inject cypionate weekly.

i inject cypionate every other week. so about twice a month.

Your bro probably needs to either change docs, or get the T and just do his shots at a more normal interval. 

he completely trusts his endo and won't question the shots. i told him to stock up on chocolate ice cream and sad movies for the mood swings.

Sounds like nebido plan. Some docs add a weekly shot of cyprionate at first till it builds up in your system. The nebido is a huge chunk of T injected in one sitting (not one injection) and meant to last for months.

some types of testosterone have a really long half life that you cant get in the US because they are not approved by the FDA so its rather reasonable. most people take one shot a week or every two weeks.

Your brother is probably getting Nebido, like said earlier. They get 4-5 shots a year and it is meant to last long. The large amount of testosterone is slowly released into your blood.

Yeah, that's sounds a lot like Nebido which I'm pretty sure they do in Australia (not 100% positive though).
