Reason I post this pic here is that I was a bulky heavy built recreational body builder and thought will never achieve feminine body however, my dream was stronger then realities nagging head. It took 4 years of relentless diet of 800 calorie per day and nutrient rich foods which supplied all my body really needed. What was rather amazing that such diet didn't stop me from indulging in things I love the taste of but rather limited the size of each meal and allowed for multiple meals during the day. No preset lunch, dinner, whatever, whenever hunger was realy strong I would have a fist size serving of whatever felt wholesome, tuna, salmon, capers, green beans, extra virgin olive oil, spinach salad with fresh tomato and balsamic vinegar. After a while I noticed that my cravings started to shift towards what my body needed and I was able to feel more closely what demanded attention. Dark chocolate was the only food I craved and couldn't find the reason for but rich in minerals such as magnesium, copper, potassium and iron and antioxidants it felt good and wholesome as well.
When I started at 217 lbs and straight as a board, no butt, no waist, narrow hips wide shoulders I went on a whim and tried hard to block the mirror image I so dreaded. My vision took 4 years 2 of which now I am finding out contrary to basic belief, that starting on soy based hormones actually readied my bodies estro-receptors and allowed their gradual warmup before the big cocktail of pharmaceuticals got introduced just 5 months ago. The results were astonishing even to the highly trained medical professionals whose professional response was; "WOW" I am proud of this body, but want to let every girl know, who is starting and doubts achieving feminine body, this is not a dream, nor wishful thinking but real, sensual, feminine and mine, achieved at the young age of 44

Go and DO IT GIRL, even if it seems impossible, nothing is!
