As i have posted before, I have been in a long distance relationship with a transwoman.  There have been times we have gotten together, and it went well.  We also talk on the phone alot, and that goes well.  Recently, I have noticed, the only time we talk, is when I call her.  And, sometimes I cut the call short because I feel like I am interrupting her day.  I recently tried to find a way for us to get together, and she told me that won't work.
Am I wasting my time on a relationship that will never be?  Should I start looking elsewhere?  As I have also mentioned in another post, I am attracted to transwomen.  Where we have the same struggle in commom, the transition becomes a non-issue.  And living in the wild country.....that relationship is hard to find.
Feeling like I am in a one-sided relationship.

I'm sorry you are feeling that way. What would make it better? What do you need from a relationship?

What do I need in a relationship?  Someone that will meet me half way.  I love wineing, dining, making someone feel special.  But, if i get no feed back....then it makes me feel like I am wasting my time.  Yea, I am one of those guys that love taking out a special woman to a great restaurant....I am one of those guys that can do the ballroom dancing (something my Dad taught me.) I am one of those guys that wants to find a woman that I can sweep off her feet.  And always keep her there.  Just who I am.  If I could find that special person...I would do my best to give them the world.

From your description I would say that a long-distance relationship won't meet most of those needs. Where can you look for someone like that locally?
