I'm in!
Thanks for the post! I had no idea this site existed. I need to get back into being active with the trans community.
I hate to be serious, but I'm going to for a second.
One of the things I love about stand-up is that people remember me. They go back home to their house in the middle of Texas and say, "That dude was really funny." They don't say "he was weird" or "I hate him." Everytime I get on stage I tell everyone who I am and they have had that exposure to trans people that they never had before. One step at a time we can become more visible and accepted.
I am trying to find my ground throught the LGBT community, but to be honest I have lost touch with the resources.
If anyone has any suggestions for posting please let me know.
Thanks again guys!
One last thing: These damn riddles in order to post are SO ANNOYING! Don't you know I have a Texas public school education?
