Suspect in transgender McDonalds assault in court today

BALTIMORE - You may remember the video of a transgender woman being brutally beaten inside a Rosedale McDonalds.

At 9:30 Thursday morning one of the accused attackers, 18-year-old Teonna Brown , will be in Baltimore County Circuit Court for a hearing.

She is charged with assault and a hate crime, which means she could face a longer prison sentence.

It was just a motions hearing...there would not be an expected disposition on the case today.  Arraignment was just a few weeks ago on the 21st...
