To answer your OP, I think he LIKES you --- but he doesn't LOVE you.

And I think you loved him, and so you have not forgotten, and may get sucked into the same old emotion.
Been there got the cap, got the t-shirt.

I even today would not trust myself in such a situation. It feels like a setup for more pain in the short run, never mind long run.

Thank you Axelle. 

When we spoke last week he told me I could text him anytime.  I sent him a couple over the weekend which he didn't respond to but then again I wasn't asking him a question.  I sent him another one today which he did respond to but I think I will to stop.  I don't want to get hurt again.  He knows where to reach me so if he wants to chat, I'll let him hit me up.

As long as you know you'll never be more than friends then pursue it otherwise leave it alone.  If you're still in love with him leave it alone.

Jen Jen you are having the feelings of the heart that those luckey enough to have been born without needing a psychical correction feel - unfortunately with the good comes the bad, or hard times. If you do persue this be very watchfull - he sounds like a great guy and a player, not of guys are both one and the same at certain ages.
