This isn't exactly SRS but I wasn't sure which section should get this post.

I have heard of some MTFs getting the extra rib removed.   My question is - has anyone gone that route in order to achieve the natural curve of their bodies?  If this is so I would like to know what your results were and are you pleased that you did it.  Also what were the costs?   If this isn't possible to do I would like to hear from those that are in the know.

Though it is a possible surgery, it is hardly, or rather say rarely, done. May I suggest tightlacing? I've been able to move my lower ribs in at least an 1!

I have a bit of a breathing problem that corsets wouldn't be good for wearing.  Plus my job is too physical to be able to wear one at work.  But I do find them intriguing and wanting to try.  I have used waist cinchers, which is no substitute for a corest.  They did help a little but after I while I couldn't breathe. and it was rubbing my skin.

I don't think it is good for someone with breathing problem and even doing lot of physical work, every touch to ribs will have negative effect to breathing

And yes, its a BAD idea.
