Something I was wondering about for some time now.
With boy plumbing I have to spread my legs quite a bit so as not to create an obstruction, with the piping (urethra) when sitting down.
In practical terms, and it can get annoying, it is not good enough to have the waist band of tights, pantyhose, or even slack only down to the knees. It needs to go further down as so not to create this "clamping" effect, allowing thighs to spread some more open.
Wearing e.g. pantyhose this sucks as they will start to slip down the calves toward the ankles and it is a production to get all rearranged --- just for a pee!
It never was an issue STP, hardly anything got "clamped" when standing up. YMMV
I'm now asking post-ops if the shortened and rerouted urethra post SRS, will take care of this annoying little issue.
BTW, also when (semi-clamped) retains often more then just a dribble --- EVEN MORE ANNOYING if it releases into ones panties, eh.
Looking forward to your findings,
Axelle
