So what you are saying is for C+ you must be a hermaphrodite?

No, because for a start there are quite a few intersex conditions that don't involve ambiguous genitalia and while getting over a C tends not to be the norm, breast size on it's own it's not a criteria for diagnosis. It merely suggests that a latent intersex condition may be a possibility.

I really wouldn't worry too much about your boobs, chances are you won't be that large, unless of course you have C cup boobies after 6 months.

I think the my sister got a B cup while my mum got a C. It would be great to get a 36C which is perfect for a beautiful female. I think it does take time. For me, I am just still below A.

Sorry,  about 4 - 5 years.
So do you feel like you had steady growth throughout the 4-5 years? Was there more growth in the first years or was it pretty steady all around? Did you go through any spurts/dormant periods?

If I had a woman's ribcage, size wouldn't matter to me. I'd like at least a C just so they'll look proportional on my chest.

Steady growth over the time from memory except for the odd spurt now and then.  It's a bit hard to remember actually how things went as things changed gradually over time.  The records I kept on the changes seem to show a steady increase in size over time.  However, there is also a decrease in size above and below the breast which also goes towards an increase in breast size.

I'm 50 years old, 5'7" tall, 240 lbs, and have been under medically supervised HRT just over 1yr. I self medicated for several years prior with glandulars and herbals which brought me to a 38A. My hormones are finally within normal female ranges and I'm growing at a rapid rate with no signs of letting up. I currently wear a 42C which is a cup larger than my mother's 42B. I've always had broad shoulders and a large ribcage, even before gaining weight, and this combined with being obese now makes my C-cups look relatively small. I don't know how big I want to get, but if my growth continues as it has in the past year my doctor says I may realistically be looking at having D or DD breasts.

One point of concern for me and my doctor is that I've put on nearly 50 pounds in the past year. She said if I didn't lose any weight before my next visit, which is next week, that she'd set me up with a nutritionist to help me manage my weight. She says I'll likely lose some size in my breasts as my weight comes off, but she thinks I'll still end up well endowed.

I am a  full 40C.  My mom was 36C and my sister a 38C.

My figure at 5'11" is 40C-32-38 which is rather male except for breast size C.

I would like 38D-28-38 but I do not think it will be easy to change this old body.
