Okay! So I'm sure some of the guys on here have already seen this, but I only found it a couple of days ago and it blew my mind.

This webcomic follows eight characters, telling each of their stories in turn. I'd recommend reading the whole thing, since it's chronological and all of the character's stories intertwine, but if you don't want to do that you can skip straight to Tom's story. I was a little afraid before reading this, but the writer has done an amazing job when it comes to the trans characters, so I feel comfortable linking it.

It has a MTF character in it too, so I'll probably pop over and post it in the women's section too.

I'm glad you posted this, because I really love that webcomic. The author is a trans guy, so he writes the trans characters well.
