I wish they would lock him forever, throw away the key and whatever may happen to him, hopefully it will be painful and long.  The poor mother.

There's been a spate of these 'dismembering of children' the last few years. What is wrong with this world?!

It's always been going on, you're just noticing it.

I think the real question is what would drive someone to do such a thing? The fact that this would even happen indicates to serious underlying problems. Something like this is not an isolated event. Many other problems led up to this, even if we don't ever find out what they were. Maybe the guy was mentally disturbed. Maybe it is yet another symptom of society being unable to look after all of its members.

Mmm, we need a real life Dexter.

   That's just scary...the poor kid was only seven...
