Not that I think it be a BIG issue for me --- but can one schedule 5 sessions of dilation of 40min during a WORKING DAY?? (I'm a house woman)

This has some sort of parallel with breastfeeding a baby and trying to work at the same time.
Can't actually see how it can be done, never mind scheduled.

As Susan once posted: it is like dilating between coffee breaks.

How did you MANAGE, hon??

Some of the dilation schedules I read about these days are just crazy...I vaguely recall that Brassard wanted me to do three times a day.  I never did one during the work day.  Morning before work and then again for a little while when I got home...and I could not even tell you when the last time was that I really tried to do anything with a dilator of any size.

congrats on your 6 months anniversary! Before you know it you'll be down to once a week

Dr. McGinn's schedule is brutal- 5 times a day for the first 8 weeks, then 3 times a day up to 6 months.  No wonder Sui is so happy to graduate to only once per day! lol

Re: Joyce

I'm only 3 weeks behind you.  I must have taken your parking place in New Hope as you were pulling out.   :D

Like you, I'm a true disciple of Dr. McGinn.  I told her I'd be her best patient.  I never questioned a thing she said to do or shirked a task she assigned.  That woman is a true artist with the human body.

Dilating has gotten way easier in the last month.  Those early days of 5 times a day were, in fact, brutal.  There literally isn't much else you can do, as you only seem to have an hour or less in between sessions.  I've certainly read a ton of romance novels while pinned down...  lol

Everything certainly seems to be working out very nicely.  I'll be happy to shorten my lunch time down to more normal activities.

     Congrats, Sui.

The once-a-day milepost is important. I'm entering week two of three on that, then to twice-a-week.
