Heh thought I'd get this out because I felt the need to  :D
But I just started trying to transition with very little baby steps until I tell my family (or at the least my mother)
and the first and easiest step was to get rid of the body hair that most guys have and it buuuuurrrrnnnssss  :-X :-X
my chest armpits and upper legs all feel like they have had sandpaper rubbed vigorously on them,
please tell me this shaving stuff gets easier with time because I feel pretty sensitive right now  :(

On the plus side I can't help but laugh and smile at this absurdly small step  I never felt so happy by something so dumb XD
It's like seeing a oasis in a dessert, no matter how small it's a very good thing :D

Hi Sammy,

Yes it becomes second nature. Try to develop a bit of a routine, Shave your legs, Monday and Thursday, Your pits on ? etc.  Get some nice moisturiser to rub on after, when you can you can start waxing or using depilatory creams. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Damn painful putting creams in the wrong place :o.

You can also do cute girly things to make you feel nice as you take the baby steps, we all took them ::) :-*, paint your toe nails a nice colour, or if you can't get to that, just a clear colour. If you don't want to wear lipstick as yet, get a clear lip moisturiser, lots of people use them, and use it during the day to prevent chapped lips, and feel cute.

You can always get your ears pierced, wear some cute jewellery, whatever you feel comfy with. Buy some cute feminine socks, All of this may build your confidence.  At some time you need to talk to a counsellor, there may be one at your school that you can talk to.

Hugs

Hi Sammy,

This is where the fun starts. There are so many gorgeous products. Guys really have no clue , you do not need to go expensive just go to the local store and have a smell of different moisturisers, most will have a pack called 'tester' this is the one you try on your skin to see of you like the fragrance. Girls have a tendency to try them all the time. I do. You'll find what type of fragrance you like. I don't like flowery smells, I prefer ones like Tabu  for every day wear, and something ridiculous for going out at night, like Hypnotic. You need to be comfortable in your scent, and most  woman try different ones, you may also find you sense of smell changes during your cycle. And that is normal. You will also find that guys and girls get totally different feelings from scent.

So take your time and just try a few products.

Oh by the way now that you have hacked the forest off you can use female shaving products that can be more gentle on your skin. Check them out, it's part of the fun.  Woman have high maintenance bodies, because we like it like that. Luxuriate and enjoy.

But be yourself, explore and enjoy.

Thanks for tips yet again Cindy you're a great help  :D
I think I'll check out some products today for my "sister" I can't bare the thought of being as I am and buying feminine products >_<
Though what I really want to do is get some subtle nail polish
Feel like a bit of a dork getting happy over such trivial things.

Dont feel dorky, I was in that exact place 15 years ago.
Shaving for me now is nothing, of course my skin is baby smooth and soft.
Personally, I really like St. Ives. I use it after every shave. Its good for your skin even if you dont shave.
Yea... burning, rad, red, wait for the rash.
But then it all clears up, and youll be all furless!
I wore toenail polish on and off most of my life, and have have not seen my naked toes in a few years now.
I started out with clear, but wear a topcoat on my fingers daily, just they they are nice and shiny and no one can notice since Im not out everywhere.
Not all polishes last and wear as well as otheres... Dont forget the remover. I always get the big jug of the strong cheap stuff since my skin can take it... Oh! With acetone, thats the stuff.
Another thing that no one will know but you is your underwear.
You can also get womens jeens too, thats not obvious, but youll know what your wearing.
Oh! A clear and simple thing that I did was to buy a nice pair of Teva sandals. The make litteraly the same sandal for both me nand women, the only differance if that the mens are in ugly colors and the womens are pretty. My wife and I have the Hurricane 3. She has the peso and I have the blue.
You have a long wonderfull, _bumpy_, but wonderful road ahead of you.

I use a multiblade razor with soap bars attached to help smooth the way. Gillette Venus, Spa Breeze.
It also helps avoid ingrown hairs if you shave in the direction of the hair growth too.  It isn't as close, but you will miss out on a lot of angry red bumps.

hehe Thanks for the advice and support Jess  :D I started wearing nail polish as well, just the clear stuff for my finger nails and what I like to call "velvet voilet" on my toes has a nice dark purple color.

justmeinoz I fortuantly have been using gillet multi blade razor for shaving, huge difference between it and the single/double bladed ones. hmmm how bad are ingrown hairs? I haven't gotten any but I do typically shave against the hair growth, mainly because it just seems to work faster....
