My question is for those of you who have had genital surgery. How does a neo vagina feel? I just mean physically not so much emotionally but im sure that it feels good to have one if that's what you've always wanted 
is it pretty comparable to a natural vagina?

I was a little skeptical about the results, but I hear nothing but good things about the sensation. So aside from funds, I have no type of mental block holding me back. I can't wait to get my surgery!

Well for me plenty of sensation and it all feels right and no issues.  Compared to a natural vagina, looks quite comparable, other than that I can't say as I have never had natural vagina.
