While HIV infections have stabilised in India thanks to decades of investment, health experts are warning that prevalence amongst the homosexual and transgender community has reached epidemic proportions. (AFP TV World)

My last boyfriend was Indian, and was so far back in the closet he needed a miners lamp to see where he was going.  From what I was able to gather India has a long way to go to even be able to discuss sexuality and HIV at a public level.Until it is possible for people to come out comfortably there will always be a limit to what can be done there.
