Mass Effect series and Halo series.  I also love strategy games but can rarely find foljs to play with.

I've just devoted my life to playing FROM DUST on XBLA.

It's a god sim where you control the elements of water, lava & earth in a battle for survival against the Earth beneath your feet & the rising tides of the seas around your islands.

I keep going back to previous levels just to mess around, if i'm in a kind mood then I shape the Earth to create an Eden but if i'm in a mood for being bad  i'll build a dam by a village & flood the villagers out to sea with it or redirect a lava flow over their peacefull homes

I'm hoping the insurance fraud minigame returns for SR3, I had many happy hours throwing myself headlong into oncoming traffic. .  .happy days

Me too. =D  It looks amazing.  My friend helped makemsome costumes for the live action cimmercial.  I need to make a mass effect costme sometime.

I have the PS3 and play the COD series.  I'm presently playing COD Black Ops.  On PSN I go by iMac-Girl.  The guys get really pissed when they're gunned down by a girl

Any big open world RPGs. Am impatiently waiting for Risen 2 and Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, even though I thought Oblivion was rubbish.

Ah, where do I begin...The Elder Scrolls series, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Borderlands, Fable, most of the Final Fantasy series, Xenogears, Wild Arms, Super Mario Bros., the Legend of Zelda series, Spyro (the originals, anyway), Sonic the Hedgehog, the Grand Theft Auto series, Red Dead Redemption, Soul Calibur, Chibi-Robo, Viewtiful Joe, Okami, Dragon Age, the Sims, Legend of Dragoon, Legend of Legaia, Lunar, Mega Man, Saints Row 2, Diablo II, Guitar Hero and Rock Band, the Star Fox series, Half-Life, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Chocobo's Dungeon, Rogue Galaxy, Dark Cloud, Fire Emblem, Super Smash Bros., Kirby, Metroid, and Pokemon. I feel like I'm still missing a few things, but you should get the gist. And yes, I consider every game and game series listed there to be my favorites.

I have a pretty wide range :3

- Tetris

-Professor Layton series

-Pokemon series ( I am LOVING Black right now)

-Portal and Portal 2 (recently beat portal 2, it was great!)

-I'm terrible at it but I enjoy GTA 4

-Minecraft, it's an addiction

-Dance Dance Revolution series

-Pikmin

-Super Mario Galaxy was far too fun

-Super Smash bros. Melee and Brawl

- The first Digimon game, I still love it, not gonna lie

I tend to like some of the oldiest and crappiest games. One of my favourites is The Biz, which is a text-based music industry simulation for the ZX Spectrum. It's pretty much impossible to do well in, which just makes me keep trying harder. I also like a lot of old RPGs like older Final Fantasy games, Chrono Trigger, etc.

Newer games... I don't own any consoles or a TV or even a computer that can play them (seriously this computer can't even handle the original The Sims, lol) so I mostly play them at other people's houses. That means I don't really have a chance to get into more serious games properly, so the ones I play and enjoy are usually either  beat-em-ups or racing games or other games involving a lot of driving/skating/whatever around like GTA or especially the Tony Hawk games. I really like designing the ugliest or most ridiculous skater possible, haha. Same with racing games like Need for Speed... I had a friend tell me I had to stop using a particular car when we were racing against each other because it was too hideous and gaudy and distracted him.

Been waiting on ME3 for months - definitely. I wasn't planning on getting Revelations, but then I saw the trailer in the cinema. Looks amazing.

I just found this game about a week ago called Cave Story, and I have to say I'm hooked. If you're a fan of Metroid or Castlevania, you should give it a try. It needs an English patch, but it's freeware so it's all good!
