so i'm thinking of changing my hairstyle to something that might possibly help me pass more. idk what tho... feel free to post pics of hairdos that you think are good "passing" hairstyles. for reference... here's what i'm at now...

I like your cut. I'm growing the top of mine out to get a hawk going again. If you had to change it I'd say trim the side up some.
What is the most beautiful in virile men is something feminine; what is most beautiful in feminine women is something masculine.

i was planning on making the sides shorter today. just dont know what to do with the top. the fauxhawk's my favorite... but my hair is stubborn and it only likes to go up in a fauxhawk when it's a sertain length on top. i want it shorter... but idk. well see. i cut my hair myself too...

I have to use this stuff since my hair only lays flat on my head. Works better than awesome.

Just my opinion, but I don't think a fauxhawk that long is conducive to passing... so many masculine women wear their hair that way that you risk being grouped in that category. Something that brings your hairline up, no bangs, and blocked off edges around the temples would be good.

I would buzz it, but not too short.  Or another short cut.  Get rid of the hawk.

I find having too short of hair brings out the roundness/softness of faces.

I'd get the arches around your ears cut out so your hair doesn't hang down over your ears.

true, having too short hair can actually make you look more femenine,
I would recomend alittle longer hair if your face is round and soft,
but if you have to go for something short I think you should make it alittle more fussy,

I echo what some others have already said ... having shorter hair can actually make you look more girlie/butch/lesbian because, (1) without the hair features of your face are accentuated like roundness, etc. (2) It's even more apparent that you don't shave at all (no sideburns, etc.)

The buzz cut I feel can only be rocked if it's something you love anyway and you don't give a hoot or if you have a very masculine face to begin with. Cause plenty of butch ladies out there buzz their hair.

You could try something slightly longer/messier or something with buzzed sides only ...
