Hi Joey,
listen to the other Sisters and give yourself at least 2 years on HRT before thinking BA.
Also it's not for every one to be OK with implants either.
Breasts, even if small, mostly look and feel different. No scars no complications, no what ever issues.
I'm much, much older therefore be more challenged in this department yet will wait to see what will still happen after 1 1/2 years on HRT, now being a 38A.
The last thing you want is a second op for breast reduction at some stage! - if things turn out too well in the long run.
Furthermore, if you quite flat initially it is more difficult for BA surgery and you'd have to have sub-muscular and hardly more then a B cup. Very firm and wide spaced depending on your chest width. I know from a good t-girl friend.
ALSO, Jessica is SO right in pointing out that you have to stop/prevent any further masculinization by e.g. Anti Androgens (AA) as your first priority.
I'm known to have my opinions so forgive me saying --- nothing beats the real thing, at least initially until we get all droopy and saggy. Nothing for you to worry about for a long way to go :-)
And a big hug to our new spring bunny,
Axelle
