I started T 3 weeks ago and just had a period still.  But it was different, seemed delayed and the stomach cramps were worse than usual.  But conversely the bleeding lighter and shorter.  Seems like my body putting up some sort of fight.  Hopefully no more next month  :-X

In my case, I started T on the very same day that I started my period. Normally, my periods have always been about 5 to 7 days. But my last period was only three days long, and it was a lot lighter than they'd even been before. I haven't had a period since then, and it's been absolute bliss.

Don't be worried about still having one after four months.

I've been wandering around the net for some time, and some guys that I've read about have still had one after seven months. Unfortunately, not all of us stop at the same time. It may take longer for you to stop than others, but it should happen eventually, and if it doesn't, maybe you could have a talk with your doctor and ask him to raise the dosage that you take?

I been starting on a pretty low level, and sadly I think im one of this people with a high level of estrogene in my body.
so far the positive thing is im not in that much pain as I used too, but I still hate it.
Im wondering about making getting alittle more but I think I would wait for my doctor to show me the test they have made, before I can take it to the next step.

Hmm...you think you have high estrogen? I'm assuming that they did a blood test for you, they didn't explain your levels? For myself, I know that my T was extremely low, so low that I actually have bruises all over my body since I can remember ( I always thought that this had to do with iron, but it turned out that I was wrong, ) I'm sure that if you ask your doctor the next time that you go in, they can explain it to you. At least, I'd hope that they could o.O;

hope so, they tested me but I havent got any updates so I guess everything is fine,
I got soft features, and tend to get a very painfull period when I do, and as I start T I got almost no body hair, I got alittle extra on my stomack. (not that I mind, I dont really like to be too hairy) so thats why I think I could have alot of estrogene in my body, I dont know if it right or wrong?

The only way to tell is through a bloodtest.
I used to think that I had high T because I've always been kinda hairy xD (( Arms, legs, back, stomach...etc, )) But I found out after my bloodtest that my T was extremely low, even for a girl (( A mere 43 where normal T 'in men, I think' is 300 )) Which explains why I used to bruise all the time xDD

I voted other because I was given a hormone blocker of sorts to shut down my ovaries even before I started T itself and therefore my period stopped the day I started T and never came back.

I had my first injection on the last day of my period in july, and i havent had one since and they used to be regular as clockwork. Think i'm still getting the pmt though or that could just be the T

Are you sure you didn't make a typo? 'Cause 43 is not low at all for a female, at least according to current standards. From what I've read (and experienced with the lab that did my blood work), bottom range of normal tends to be around 15-20.
