I have decided to wait around two months to start T, but I desperately want facial hair. I know there has to be something out there that can help me. Anything work for you guys?

You probably wouldn't get facial hair worth growing 2 months on T. For some guys, both cis and trans, it takes years. It's just something you have to be patient for.

You mean supplements? I don't know of anything offhand. Not my area of expertise.

I know people have had some luck filling in areas with rogain, but if you don't have any facial hair to begin with, I think you would be wasting your money.

Try steeping ginseng (cosmic herb of masculine energy), sarsaparilla, trimbone, horny goat weed, black cohosh (in very controlled amounts), DHT, Tribulus terrestris. There are many more but I don't have my notebook with me. It is most important to remember to moderate the amounts you use and in time span, because overuse of any herb can be dangerous, especially if you're taking hormones.

I'd also suggest a little research on those and other T-increasing would be efficient.

Also-When I was fourteen I used rogaine on my face. A fair amount, for weeks. I thought it darkened the hairs a teeny bit, over the course of weeks of everyday use, though nothing noticeable from across the room. It made my lymph nodes swell like crazy, I would never suggest using this on your face. Or in general, since there's butane and tons of other crazy s**t in that.

one of my friend said you could make a fake beard by bying fake eyelashes, cutting off some of your real hair and stick it on the eyelash with glue,
then after having a amount of these you put them together and on your face,

I have never tried it so I dont know if it works, it should be alittle difficult and take its time, but it should be more realistic than paint it on.

^ That's like using spirit gum. I've tried it and it takes a really long time, a lot of patience, and the end result is a very itchy, funny-looking patch of not-so-real-looking facial hair. That was my experience anyway. I think that kind of thing is used for stage performance and film because from a distance and with the editing of film, you can't really tell the difference. But up close and personal it's a little costumey. I'm not saying no one should bother trying it if you have the time and money, but just thought I'd throw in my own experience with glueing on hair.

Other than that I have no advice. I thought I'd read the thread to see if anyone has any good ideas :P I was thinking herbal suppliments so I'm glad Tea said something about it. (By the way, I'm drinkin some tea right now :D) Like I said, I'm not trying to turn down glueign hair as an option but I myself have not had satisfactory results...

In her book Self-Made Man, Norah Vincent describes how she achieved fairly realistic results by chopping her own hair up very fine and gluing it on. I think she was trying to approximate stubble, though. If you're interesting in trying it, get the book from the library. It's not worth buying, in my opinion.

Don't use Rogaine on your face!!!
It's not made for your face, it usually just results in red spots and sometimes itchiness,
*I should know, I've tried...*

Unfortunately, you're just gonna have to wait.

I'm four months on T as of today,
And I still just look like a hairy chick,
It's really patchy and not worth growing out yet,
But I definitely know how you feel, I'm dying to have something worth growing out there.

If you have a decent amount of peach fuzz (im pretty hairy for an average "female") waterproof mascara works.. jus gotta lightly run it over your peach fuzz (sideburns and stache, whatever) and sometimes smear it to get rid of the excess so its only on your fuzz. jus makes what you already have appear darker and thicker, works for realisticness and close up too

Thanks man, I'll give the mascara a shot!

As far as the Rogaine thing is concerned, http://jefffsbeardboard.yuku.com/topic/3377/MINOXIDIL-SUMMARY-F-A-Q-Experiences-from-readers is a summary of an amount of guys trying it out to help them grow / fill in beards. It will dry out the skin and cause irritation, but there are ways around this. You need to cleanse your face before, apply, leave for 4 hours and then moisturise after- there's more info on this and different things people did to avoid adverse effects. The majority of the guys had good results, which stayed put after 6 months of use. Another good (IMO) effect is promoted all around body hair growth.

After reading the thread, I really wanted to try it out just to document what it would be like for a biofemale to try. But I think that, once on T and the hair follicles are being stimulated to grow, the effects of Rogaine would be most effective. My plan is to wait a max of 6 months on T and if it looks bleak on the whole sasquatch area, I'll go ahead and start a Rogaine treatment. There's a safe and careful way to do it, and you shouldn't use much of the solution at all on your face.

Being said, if anyone else starts trying pre T, I would start too. There is no information right now on how it would effect a biofemale (ugh) long term. There is a lot of information on how to apply, side effects to look for, aftercare and long term results on the link I posted above.

Dude, that ->-bleeped-<- looks SO realistic!! It gave me an incredible sense of confidence in knowing I would pass. Thanks for the tip, bro!

i'm not on t and i'm trying rogaine since (roughly) june now. it's not really expensive so i thought i might as well try it. i bought the "low alcohol" version which doesn't dry out too bad and causes very few irritation for me. i mostly only use once daily since i'm lazy and forget it, but it did cause some growth, mostly sideburns (with short hair they might pass for trimmed, but since my hair is longer currently they're a little spare). i also noticed a little thicker and darker hair on my forearms and a lot more on my belly. there's also some growth in spots where i didn't have any before, like on the inside of my upper arms.

Hmmm 2% or 5% Clay? If it's not causing any adverse effects I might start soon too
  •

Clay

it's 5%. it only gave me awfully dry skin one time, but i guess that was because i was sick anyways (dunno, maybe dehydrated overall or something). i stopped for 2 days and it's been fine since then.
i'd take a pic, but i shaved my sideburns currently (like i said, they're a little pathetic with my haircut^^). i'm trying to use it twice daily now and hope it'll bring more fluffyness ;D

I just wanted to point out what you already know, that Rogaine is not approved for use on the face. Use it at your own risk. I would prefer that you not give advice about how to use a medication in a way other than its intended purpose, but if you do, make sure to CYA and clarify that you are speaking from your own experience and are not a doctor, something like that.

All right, I'll leave now.

right, I am almost a year on T and my moustashe is very slight and only noticeable if you look close, or if I am in florescent light.  My endo talked with me about it and said its about your genes, not the amount of T you have.
