Today is Labor Day. It's a day where many of us focus some thought to employment and labor issues within American society. I'd like to add something to ponder to the what we ponder today — adding something about the employment picture for transgender and gender variant people.

So, quoting the Task Force's report study Injustice At Every Turn: A Report of the National Transgender Discrimination Survey's Employment section of the report (beginning on page 50):
