I'm MTF so I put this question in the MFT section but this topic is open to everyone, I suspect that no matter which way you were born most of the people on this forum will relate to this.

As a child I watched V the series & after seeing the star child going into a cocoon as a child & coming out as a fully grow beautiful woman I would go to sleep each night hoping that I would go into a cocoon & come out as as female.
This may sound stupid but at 36 I still often go to bed wishing for this to happen.

Since watching Star Trek (TNG, Voyager & DS9) i've always been fascinated by the episodes when people phsycaly changed through outside intervention, I often daydream that a doctor offers me the chance to have regular injection or tablets that will change me into a woman capable of having a child in the space of a few months.

Does anyone else here have a childlike daydream about the impossible happening to transform them into the sex they should have been born as?

Yes, I even write about things changing into other things. I like the superhero stuff. Maybe one daysome stuff will spill on me and I will change into a woman over night.

I'm split between work and dreaming about being girl (if I work more I ream less and feel little better)
My superstitiousness and believe in witchcraft even hold me long time from visiting doctor with "problem"

I use to fantasize about being completely feminized by magic or by a machine that would do so, I would dream about waking and my body was completely female , but then I would wakeup for real but it didn't actually happen.

I have those daydreams all the time. I really enjoy them, the way I can briefly pretend that all is right and I can instantly be what I want to be. It's fun, but then the daydreams end and sometimes that part just makes me sad.

I have those daydreams mostly during my 10-hour workday. It helps the day go by nicely.
Despite what my profile pictures show, I am a very smiley and upbeat person. I'm merely the least photogenic person alive, that's all :P

I hear you on that one, I do 12 hr shifts & daydreaming about this makes the day go faster.

My other daydreams are:

Timetravelling to jump into my body  at 11 yrs old so that I could concentrate on my schoolwork & tell my parents before puberty hits (not that they'd let me do anything about it).

Magic spell.

Having the ability to jump into someone elses body.

Discovering that I can shape shift like Odo in DS9

Very frequently do I still wish something like that was possible, Of course you realize these are just childish fantasies and hopeless desire, but it's still there,

I saw a british movie (i think) called Virtual Sexuality where they had taken sex change to a whole new level and the leading actress stepped onto a machine designed her own male version of herself and stepped out as pure biological male,  This movie still haunts me today.

I also often dream they would come up with a way to create functional male genitals with  testosterone and semen producing testicals. Of course I know this wont happen in my life time. But the dream is still there.

I'm glad the technology atleast allows hormone replacement therapy, top and questionable bottom surgery for us FTM, there was a time this wasn't even possible.
