I never get called a girl until my blabber-mouth parents say my name or refer to me by female pronouns. I guess that means in theory I should use the male bathroom, I have no problem with that..

But isn't that against the rules in most schools? I'm not out to my family and wouldn't my principal need to know this first? I can't just go into the boy's bathroom at school since what if someone who knows me as female sees me and tells on me?

I usually don't go to the bathrooms outside but lately I've been drinking a lot of water... 

Ask to use the nurses bathroom.

I would ask around the counseling/nurse/main office.  There's probably a unisex bathroom in one of those that you could use.

They usually do. There is bathrooms in the office and all you have to do is explain your situation and how awkward it would be going into the girls bathroom while looking like a guy. Tell them that you think it would cause problems with the other students and maybe they'll arrange something for you.

in my school there is one unisex bathroom and one single stall male bathroom and one single stall girls bathroom. the unisex bathroom is in the health office. i use the health office bathroom and the single stall guys room. both guys and girls use the single stall guys room, its known as the theater office bathroom. your school might have some single stall bathrooms i would try to search them out.

Most schools have a separate bathroom for faculty that you may be able to use. Like others have said, I would strongly discourage you from using the women's room (especially if most people are reading you as male) as it would likely create much unnecessary and uncomfortable drama.

I would check with the school. This can be a touchy thing.
