Hi girls. I've been on HRT now for about a year. THings were going pretty well and then I had an issue with a relative that I had to stay with them in the ICU for many months. I still took my pills but anyway the stress was mounting and last time I went to get my levels checked my T level was at 80! They doubled my Spiro and added Finesteride, then took me off of the E patches and started me on sublingual E.  Has anyone had to deal with a similar situation. I noticed the changes kinda stayed in one place. THANKS!
