I really want hormone therapy but I can't have my dad know. I've been into working out and when buying my sports supplements I've noticed testosterone boosters which is the legal equivalent of steroids. Is there anything that can boost my natural estrogen levels with an over the counter supplement?

Plenty,
look for phyto-estrogen, for menopausal women. It's often made from soy-sprouts.
I started my HRT with the stuff. It made ME feel better for sure, but is pretty mild compared to the real stuff. Don't expect to grow 'girls' on it.

Axelle, is phyto-estrogen safe to take?

in regular doses probably, but would they even be able to do anything when your system has testosterone to fight it off? probably not

I doubt there's anything that will be effective. I say, be patient. Wait until you are old enough to where you don't have to worry about your dad finding out.

I am with Jen on this one. Wait a little longer and rather do it right. Anyway, nobody seems to know exactly how much of the phyto-estrogen to take.
I have read some somewhere that it anyway ends up more expensive than the proper estrogen.

As Jade has also mentioned, testosterone is pretty powerful stuff and it will most probably squish your phyto estrogen into oblivion.

I tried the phytoestrogens.  They worked, sorta.  Those only helped me for a few months and then made the GID and my prostate conditions even worse.  They are usually safe to take though.  Herbals and vitamins are not regulated as are the pharmaceuticals.  You will not know really what kind of strength you get from bottle to bottle.   Harvesting herbs year to year does have different results in the strength of the active ingredient you want.  That depends on the growing conditions that year.
When you get to the stage to take HRT, stay away from the phytos.  They are a weaker estrogen but they will latch on to the estrogen receptors more readily than the stronger estrogens in the HRT regimen.  This will interfere with your development.  I say wait as well.
