No, not out of the closet :P

I'm going clubbing for the first time, tonight, since going full time and for the first time in at least five months. It will be a party from one of the medical school years (the sixth) to raise money for their graduation. There will be a lot of people there who know I am TG, at least 50, minimum. And ya, it ins't a GLS club.

I know trial by fire might not be the best place to start, but heck, transitioning is brutal anyway! I'm not going to lock myself at home in fear of being read or from rude comments.

My very first day full time, a friend called me up that night and wanted to go to a club because she and one of her other friends were depressed.  So I sucked up all my fear and went. :laugh:  The next night we did it again, an excursion which had actually been planned a week before.  The key is to just loosen up and have a good time, then nobody pays any particular attention to you.  Of course, if you want attention, then go for it!

Zoe's right, you'll do awesome. You pass just fine by my eyes. Plus, taking a big leap can be exhilarating, even if it is a bit scary.
Despite what my profile pictures show, I am a very smiley and upbeat person. I'm merely the least photogenic person alive, that's all :P

Aaaaaaaaaand it was a success. There even was a guy hitting on me like, 2 minutes after I got into the club. That has got to be a sign that I'm passing.

No I didn't make out with anyone!  :angel:

That's great! I'm glad you had a great time!  I bet the getting hit on was a great ego boost and confidence boost! I say its a definite sign.  No you didn't make out with anyone??? Sounds guilty to me!!! Lol :p

Being TG is easy here. If any of you girls want to come to my university town ever, feel free to. I have had many guys who knew me before, kssing my cheek to say hello at the party with no embarassament at all.
