Is there any possible way I can gain the fat distribution, Natural Breast growth and other goodies HRT gives me to look more female Without having to give my up ability to use my Penis in sexual ways?

After testing I saw that I have an EXTREMELY good T level, (I think the level was like. 1000?) Something really good showing I have very functional and very active stuff going on "Down there". I really wanna go through with HRT because I want to look like a woman, Have natural Breasts, And the various things HRT gives you, But the only thing holding me back is that I still want my Male genitalia aswell as be able to use it!

There's no way to predict what will happen to you when you're on HRT, I'm afraid. There's no observable pattern as to who gets big loss of libido/erectile function and who doesn't, it's a total lottery. So you'll have to weigh up for yourself how strongly you want to feminise your body, and why, against how strongly you want to maintain your libido, and why, and make a decision based on that.

It's worth mentioning that a very high testosterone level may also be the thing that's driving your strong desire to maintain a strong libido! So one option is to go on HRT for a few months (it remains fully reversible for 3-4 months before you lose fertility permanently, and so on) and see if your feelings change once your hormone levels do.

 I think most girls who wish to be she-males (I hope that isn't rude and not meant to be) spend some time with the plastic surgeons and use minimal  female HRT. They probably need a whole lot of electrolysis as well. In my opinion the convincing she-males tend to be Asian, as many already have delicate features and little facial hair.

I suppose I would have to ask why you want to go that way.

As Padma said, there's no way to predict what will happen if you take HRT.. And while I can live 'it' being there (for now), there's no way I could use it - at least not the way you seem to want to. It did all seem to still mostly work - at least until I got distracted..

Some people lose their sexual functioning very quickly, while others can still maintain erections after years on HRT.

It's one of those YMMV things.
