I've only heard about guys who have more top dysphoria than bottom dysphoria. But I actually have worse bottom dysphoria than top dysphoria. And I'm just wondering if there is anybody else feels the same way.

It really depends on the situation. I feel like out and about, I have more top dysphoria, because breasts to me are a female marker and I have fairly large breasts. But when I'm in an intimate situation, the bottom dysphoria is definitely worse. Like, if I could only have one (top or bottom) I'd just bind and go with bottom.

I have more bottom, way more. It's just that boobs are more obvious and uncomfortable.

The things on my chest never mattered much to me. It makes me feel a bit akward yes, but my dad is a chubby dude and his chest is bigger than mine. I just try to keep it all in perspective that not all males have flat chests.

The bottom dysphoria is far worse. I hate my female bits with a ->-bleeped-<-ing passion. They cause me to suffer mentally and physically. I just wish they would go away and I'd have a dick like I should. I think once I get on T it will be better since I won't have periods. Again I try to keep in perspective that with the proper attachments I can perform almost all the functions of a bio male. (I can please a woman, use the restroom standing up and have a natural male shape when wearing clothes.) Sure I can't get a woman pregnant but I like it that way. I can adopt a lil one if I ever wanted a kid.

Mine are kinda equal but lately me not having a penis is causing me depression and I'm angry. I would rather have a dick and boobs than no boobs and no dick.

my top dysphoria is there more often but not severe. bottom is usually no existant but when it does come up its much more severe then top dysphoria.

I dunno ... I get more middle dysphoria than anything these days. 

My stomach is not nearly as toned as I would like it to be.   

It varies greatly for me.  Generally I have more top dysphoria...generally.  Now that I'm comfortable being with other guys, I've been getting more and more bottom dysphoria.  I try to ignore it since there's no way I'll be able to afford to have anything done for quite some time, if ever, and focusing on getting healthy and saving for top surgery.  I think a lot of it has to do with my weight.  I know I'd have floppy things on me because of my weight, so my bottom bothers me more.

I assume that you're only targeting guys who are completely pre-op? Because I would assume that most guys who've had top surgery would have a lot more bottom dysphoria than top.

I still have some top dysphoria, but that's because my nipples are still...like a woman's nipples. My surgeon was going to try to flatten them out a little; either it didn't work or he forgot or he blew it off because he was running so late (the previous surgery ran over by quite a bit).

But this dysphoria is trivial compared to how I feel about my bottom bits. I haven't had any work done down there.

It really depends. I have a lot of bottom dysphoria, but because my chest is large and I find it hard to ignore, my top dysphoria seems more prevalent.

My bottom dysphoria is actually so much worse than my top dysphoria.

I have a lot more bottom dysphoria than top dysphoria.  I barely had any top dysphoria until I went full time, and started worrying about my chest getting in the way of being read as male.  It's probably a good thing that female reproductive organs are inside the body because I think I would have cut them off by now if I could get to them. 

For me, it is almost entirely bottom dysphoria. I'm pre-op (maybe non-op), but top dysphoria rarely happens - my chest is very small, and hangs in a way that I don't have to bind (the weight is centred to the sides, where shirts and tees are roomier). Bottom dysphoria preoccupies me a lot, though.

I'm more bothered by my bottom. My chest is bothersome but it's not massive so I'm dealing.

Actually I feel a lot better in general being on T. XD
