Man Given Three Years Probation for Breaking Glass Door at Center

Darren Scott, 32, was given three years of probation and ordered to pay restitution to the Pacific Center for Human Growth for breaking a glass door there.

Alameda County Deputy District Attorney John Creighton said Scott pleaded no contest to the charge of making a criminal threat. Scott must also stay away from the LBGT clinic on Telegraph Avenue, pay a fine and attend anger management counseling.
