Hey Zoe!

That sounds quite similar to me! When I was younger, I only dressed for short periods of time, but as I grew older, things changed (mainly feelings) and now I crave to let my feminine side out!
Don't worry hun, I too am near the beginning of my journey and get confused as well, I feel that it's normal. After all, questioning and challenging your gender isn't something to take lightly, it's a big part of your life.
Everyone here on the forums can offer you help and advice (including me). Embrace yourself, Zoe. Love yourself. Keep doing what feels right to you, and the answers will come. You'll get to a point, and achieve clarity (I think I may have achieved that tonight! *yay*). Give it time, it will come and you'll know it. Nobody can really tell you who you are but you. Ultimately, your heart and soul will guide you along your path. There are no rules and no expectations with what you're feeling and who you are. You are who you are, and that's why we love you!

Therapy can definitely help you (I am hoping to see a therapist soon!). They'll help you answer some of those questions that you have, and also give you plenty to think about.
Keep on keeping on, keep being the beautiful person you are.

Soon, Zoe will blossom and show the whole world!
Good luck!

Love,
