OMG...I'm getting a boob job on October 12th!!!!

Okay, this was never in my original transition plan, but things just haven't progressed/developed they way I wanted.

So I found a surgeon (which just happened to be local), that had the skill set, reputation, experience and conservative approach to BA that I desired.   His concern was due to my frame and height, we needed to choose a size that was appropriate and to look natural.  I'm 6'-1", larger frame, so we are going to do about 400 CC, which should be a large C or small D cup.

So my ex-wife (who is extremely jealous and pi$$ed off at me) is going to take me, pick me up from the hospital and stay over night to make sure I recovery from surgery - what a trooper!!!

Now I need to work out how to tell my parents???

I will record everything on my Youtube Channel.  Should make interesting viewing!!! hee hee hee

Yes, she didn't want to be a lipstick lesbian like me!  We are still friends, I baby sit the dog when she travels, I painted her condo, moved her.  We still have dinner and share a bottle of wine.

Mind these questions.....yes, this totally personal!!!  Just kidding!!!
Silicone cohesive implants by Allergan - Natrelle.  Funny I worked on a building design project for Allergan, I should get a discount.  Will be going sub-muscular, with the incision it will be in the breast fold.  My scars from FFS and other "incidents" do heal up very well.  Dr Spiegel had be use a cream to help with scaring and it worked great, I need to buy some.

As for telling my parents, they were troopers, along with my aunt.  They flew over to the states from Australia to be there.  They are also coming back for my SRS in April.  Let's say I have given them a few shocks over the past 12 months.  They even watch every one of my Youtube Video's and they share them with friends.  I couldn't of asked for better parents....it's just they worry about me all the time.

jamiejo you look absolutely gorgeous and very female! I had a boob job booked in for 2007 but pulled out as I felt I wasn't good enough or looked good enough. I still feel like that but if I looked like you I wouldn't have hesitated. I'm not sure how I will over come my problems of not being confident about myself.

I remember hearing a surgeon saying that they always try to get the patient to go a little bigger that they initially wanted, because after surgery they are swollen and most ladies get used to it. They then get a little depressed when they go down a bit.

I will ask - How much touch up surgery is need after a BA?  Will you need to fix things every 5 - 10 years ?

Would love to know.

Hey Jenny. I know what you mean. I got 375 CC's and although I love them, I wish I would have gone a bit bigger but I'll be okay. When I have to replace them, I'll get them bigger.

I've had mines for a lil over 4 years and everythings great. If I remember correctly, my doctor said they can last 30 years. I could be wrong though.

Per the surgeon, don't mess with them until you start having trouble, pain, shape change, etc.  He believes the modern implants will be a good 10 years.

Thanks for your comments.  There is nothing wrong with being jealous, it's makes you work harder then you do for something you really want!!!  If you a really really jealous, I will share the pain with you.

Hope all goes well with the boob job.  C or D cup sounds good.  A friend of mine regrets not going bigger as after her BA 5 years ago she only just makes a large B small C cup with a slightly padded bra.  She is thinking about having them redone to increase the fullness.

I want a boob job as well, but only been on HRT a yr and half....
