hey I have a personal but very important question about bottom surgery, when the procedure is finish and healed is there any feeling/pleasure in it or do you get stripped of the pleasure? I really don't know how to word all this, but I really want to know cause I'm consedering getting it done

There are a few different types of bottom surgery.  so it depends on which you are talking about.

You should do some searching around on the internet to learn about each type of surgery and their pros and cons.

I'll briefly tell you about the two most common, and you can go google them to learn more.

Phalloplasty : This is where they take flesh from your arm or somewhere and create a penis out of it and attach it to you.  You would not have much pleasure feeling because of what it came from.  and it also couldn't get erect.  but the benefit is that it can be a full sized penis.

Metoidioplasty : This is where they kind of re-position and sculpt around your clit(/penis) which has already been enlarged from testosterone.  So the benefit of this is it can get erect and has much more pleasure feeling.  downside is that it is very small.

It all depends on how things are for you. There are people with phalloplasty done who have full feeling and get erections.

There are forms of phalloplasty out there where you can get an erection without the use of an erectile prosthesis, just sayin'.

Also, a good chunk of people report excellent sensation after things started to heal up a bit. As with any surgery, you have to allow the nerves to reconnect. Patience is a virtue.

You can get nearly full erotic sensation from a phallo.  It will not be like it used to be but it's not greatly diminished.
