Now I'm learning chilly WITHOUT beans, heya!
I can eat the bean stuff fair enough but the after effects are just TOO much to mention. Devastating!
So, I may try the no-bean approach - I'm a good cook BTW - and rather have beans as a side dish. I already got the idea. A must is to have vinegar in the bean-salad, say olive oil, some chopped green peppers, touch of garlic, and HOLD the onions! - it stops those nasty tummy bacterias from reaching 'firing proportions' that's what it be all about.
Beans can be healthy --- but PLEASE without the full broadside thunder. Extremely unladylike for sure.
