Transsexual marriage stopped again

The landmark decision giving the right to transsexuals for a civil marriage was given last month. The Public Registry Director appealed this decision. The transsexual re-submitted the application for civil marriage earlier this month, and the Public Registry Director had to file an urgent request to be exempted from putting into practice the order given by the Civil Court until the case of appeal is decided.
